The Orlando Citrus Parade

The Orlando Citrus Parade, also known as the Fresh From Florida Parade, is put on by Florida Citrus Sports. This is a non-profit organization whose goal is to increase “community spirit and pride, promote tourism, stimulate economic development and ultimately benefit charities”. The non-profit organization has attained much success putting on such events as the Orlando Citrus Parade.
The Orlando Citrus Parade is set to be held on December 31, 2011. The parade will begin at 11 a.m. adventuring down North Orange Avenue and back up North Rosalind Avenue.
Music, extravagant floats made of oranges, tangerines, and grapefruits, and a celebration of college football will be a main part of the Orlando Citrus Parade. The Orlando Citrus Parade has acquired high ratings throughout their years, and has continued to gain in popularity.
